• EDUCATION & CAREER SUMMARY Dr. Kanemoto has more than 20 years of experience in the area of intellectual property including patent, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, trademark, copyright and antitrust issues. With overseas clients she has a diverse practice, such as patent litigation and prosecution, licensing, opinions and strategic counseling in a wide variety of technical fields, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, batteries and advanced materials. Before joining the firm she worked at OHNO & PARTNERS and at YUASA & HARA.
