PCT International Search and Preliminary Examination Handbook in the Japan Patent Office revised Now Available

A revised edition of the PCT International Search and Preliminary Examination Handbook in the Japan Patent Office is now available. It provides an overview of the JPO’s operational procedures and criteria as an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority under the PCT system.
